Design and Build all power distribution, a fully addressable fire alarm system and a sophisticated integrated intelligent LED lighting control system to provide numerous zones where lighting levels/colours can be adjusted during events which was shortlisted for Best Use of Design with Technology in the ISG Retail Week Interiors Awards 2016. The office area in the basement proved a challenge and required careful co-ordination with the mechanical services, to design an exposed lighting system to create a light and airy feel to compensate for the lack of natural light and low ceilings.
