Design and Build all power distribution for Cat A works and Cat B refurbishment, including an intelligent lighting control system, to create collaborative and flexible working, meeting, breakout and restaurant areas, incorporating biophilic design features, reflecting the company’s environmental and sustainability values. The project was carried out with the building occupied and required careful phased planning. The overall project achieved SKA silver rating.
