Design and Build of all power supplies, fully addressable fire alarm system, lighting and addressable lighting control system within the Ground and First floor office demise and Cat B refurbishment of common part WC’s and the main reception which included new feature lighting.

Following a detailed fire alarm survey, we designed and installed an upgraded, fully addressable fire alarm system throughout the building, including in the 3^rd floor which was occupied by an existing tenant and required careful planning and co-ordination.
