Design and Build of lighting and controls and a fully addressable fire alarm system for a technically complex conversion of a warehouse unit into a laboratory environment which required careful co-ordination of specialist air-con and electrical services due to limited ceiling void spaces.

We also designed and installed an upgrade to the existing power supply following detailed loading calculations and liaising with the DNO.
